The staff provided great assistance with both check-in and check-out. They were willing to fulfill requests whenever possible. The location had convenient access to groceries, restaurants, and a nearby shopping complex.
I found the fixtures in the suite, including lighting and furniture, to be of low quality.

I had a spacious, clean apartment. it even featured two bathrooms. Each with two toilets and two showers. there was plenty of storage and lots of mirrors.
the couch smell bad. the sofa bed were not comfortable to me. it is on yonge street, and it was very loud until 3 am on a friday night.

The staff was very courteous. they were helpful with any requests. the location is unbeatable. Getting to and from places is quick. the apartment had a full kitchen, washer and dryer (so convenient!).

this hotel is right in central downtown. a subway entrance is just outside. there are grocery shops and restaurants within a short walk. the neighborhood is safe and allows for enjoyable walks.
